Spirit of the Sea Following the unprecedented success over the last two years Spirit of the Sea 2010 – Weymouth & Portland’s Maritime Festival is set to be even bigger and better extending to 14 days. Wessex Folk Festival This excellent and well attended event is coming to Weymouth between the 4th and 6th of June this year and really shouldn’t be missed.  This years headline concerts are by Vin Garbutt at 7.30pm on Friday 4th in Hope Church, Hope Street and The Yetties supported by Two Peas at 7pm on Sunday 6th June at the Sea Cadet Sailing Centre, Barrack Road.
