Morning Star by Beken of Cowes Sunday saw a beautiful boat set sail with children from Revive Portland on board, the boat was the 62ft Morning Star of Revelation which has a Ferro-Cement hull and timber spars rigged as a Gaff Ketch. On board there are 14 people; 9 Children from Revive Portland project 2 Leaders with the children 2 part time volunteer crew 1 skipper – Colin. Colin first sailed...

Wessex Folk Festival This excellent and well attended event is coming to Weymouth between the 4th and 6th of June this year and really shouldn’t be missed.  This years headline concerts are by Vin Garbutt at 7.30pm on Friday 4th in Hope Church, Hope Street and The Yetties supported by Two Peas at 7pm on Sunday 6th June at the Sea Cadet Sailing Centre, Barrack Road.
